Health and Safety Updates – Fall 2021
Your safety is our top priority.
We keep our facility squeaky clean and thoroughly sanitize all surfaces after each session. You may notice the removal of fabric furniture, extra wipeable barriers on the massage tables, etc. Per the NC Massage Board and Buncombe County, ALL persons in the building MUST wear a face covering. We can provide a surgical mask if you do not have one. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
We lowered our capacity to 2 massages and 2 lessons at a time.
This way, we can allow for 6 feet of physical distance between people and control the flow of folks in and out of the space.
We increased transition time between sessions.
To reduce the amount of contact between clients, we updated our recovery times and pledge to start and end promptly.
We added HEPA filters to each treatment room & Pilates space to help circulate & clean the air.
All used massage linens are removed from the premises several times a day.
Clean and soiled linens are not kept in the same place together. Soiled linens are placed in a closed container and removed with the therapist after his/her shift. Blankets are only used once per client and then laundered.
If you feel sick, please stay home.
To help protect the well-being of our community, we’ve also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms. The same goes for clients. We are allowing for some flexibility with our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you feel unwell, please notify us ASAP.
We are monitoring local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as using common sense.
